just breathe.
elsewhere is a strange kingdom. it has taken several days to get used
to being here but i'm slowly getting there. being outside your comfort
zones in every capacity is a bit overwhelming and i'm finding so many
aspects of this experience challenging, but i'm trying to just mellow
out and let go. in a way its totally liberating and in others
frustrating. but the pool at the Y is absolutely delicious.
